• Scenario type, flight phase progression, and session timestamps
• Performance scores, assessments, and instructor feedback
• Training session history

Device and Usage Information:

• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system

Analytics and Monitoring:

• Third-party analytics and error monitoring tools to understand usage patterns and diagnose technical issues

• Use your recordings for purposes other than providing and improving the training service

4. Data Retention

• Audio Recordings: Streamed in real time for transcription and not permanently stored by us after processing. Third-party providers may retain data per their own policies.
• Session Transcripts & Assessments: Retained as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide training history and assessment features.
• Account Information: Retained until you request account deletion, then permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Anonymized Analytics: May be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement.

However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

SkyTalk Sim is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
