4. Data Retention

  • Audio Recordings: Streamed in real time for transcription and not permanently stored by us after processing. Third-party providers may retain data per their own policies.
  • Session Transcripts & Assessments: Retained as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide training history and assessment features.
  • Account Information: Retained until you request account deletion, then permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Anonymized Analytics: May be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement.

SkyTalk Sim is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
